- Will you manage my short-term rental anywhere?
- Only where short-term rental use is legally permitted for your property. We confirm permitted use first — we never assume it's allowed.
- What's excluded from the 20% fee?
- Cleaning fees, lodging taxes, refundable deposits, and booking-platform fees are excluded from the management-fee calculation. Cleaning is charged separately to the guest whenever practical.
- What does the $500 setup include?
