End-to-end short-term rental management across Airbnb and Vrbo — from listing and pricing to guest communication and turnover. Cleaning fees, lodging taxes, refundable deposits, and booking-platform fees are excluded from the management-fee calculation.
Note: Cleaning: charged separately to the guest whenever practical.
